Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses: Athletes are like multifaceted gems. They shine in some areas and need a little more polishing in others. Testing uncovers these hidden facets. Coaches can craft workouts that accentuate strengths and tackle weaknesses, molding athletes into well-rounded competitors.
