ABOUT COMPLETE PERFORMANCE

Complete Performance is an online-based platform that provides Strength and Conditioning training, Rehabilitation and Sport Science services to athletes and coaches. Our professional-based service is providing support for a wide range of sports enthusiasts including both recreational and/or professional athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts. Besides, we strive to provide a service to other professionals in the sports community by focussing on continuing education strategies for interested coaches of different sports.

Our sports performance training philosophy has been developed from a combination of more than 10 years of experience within the Health and Fitness Industry, specialized education in the field of Sports Science as well as professional work with numerous athletes of different profiles and sports. We intend to implement basic scientific principles and the latest knowledge into daily practice by screening each individual physical ability and health status to ensure you maximize your training gains and conquer your goals.

Dr. ARMIN PARAVLIĆ

Dr. Armin Paravlić is a distinguished researcher specializing in kinesiology and sports science. He holds positions at the Faculty of Sport, University of Ljubljana; the Science and Research Centre Koper; and Masaryk University in Brno. With over 80 peer-reviewed publications and more than 1,000 citations, his research focuses on neuromuscular function, athletic performance development, musculoskeletal rehabilitation of sport-related injuries, and exercise for health across various populations. His work has been supported by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARIS), the University of Ljubljana Development Fund, and the Slovenian Sports Foundation. He serves as a reviewer for numerous journals in the field of sports sciences. Dr. Paravlić’s contributions have significantly advanced the understanding of kinesiology, both scientifically and practically, through teaching at various levels of study and delivering professional courses for coaches in athletics, gymnastics, football, and other sports. He is also passionate about rigorous scientific writing methodology and the conduct of high-quality systematic reviews with meta-analyses. Since 2010, he has been working as a personal trainer with recreational and professional athletes as well as symptomatic populations (different types of disabilities, obese people, with type II diabetes, high blood pressure etc.). In the last ten years, he has been engaged in lecturing on sport-related subjects at several institutions, including the Faculty of Education in Maribor, Slovenia, the Slovenian Olympic Committee, the Faculty of Sport, UL, MUNI, the Sports Federation of Slovenia, the Chinese Olympic Committee, and many others.

msC KRISTINA DROLE

Kristina Drole holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Faculty of Sports, University of Ljubljana. During her studies, she was already involved in scientific research, as part of which she actively participated in conferences with international participation and also published a scientific paper. She has participated in various projects (eg ŠIPK 2019 - Guidelines for parents of top athletes, ŠIPK 2020 - Planning and evaluation of a dual career education program for parents of athletes). During her studies, she was also a recipient of the Zois Scholarship for exceptional achievements during study. As a young researcher, she is funded by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS) and works at the Faculty of Sports in Ljubljana. Her main research is focused onto athlete health (injury/illness prevention and rehabilitation) and performance monitoring from a holistic perspective. She is currently participating in various international and national projects (eg ERASMUS + We_Care - With Establishment of national Care and development centers we support elite Athletes in balancing their sports and education / employment Results; Targeted research projects: Evaluation and monitoring of physical activity in Slovenia) and regularly attends professional trainings and scientific conferences in the field of studies.
